Our direct lending platform is nationwide, however we are unable to lend in NJ, NY, UT, AZ, NV, OR, ND, SD, VT, MN, ID. REI works on a best efforts basis and therefore cannot guaranty funding times that may be out of our control. Published rates are subject to change with lower, below market rates requiring a buy down option, higher FICO and lower LTV to qualify.
