Rehab & Construction Borrowers will be required to show sufficient liquidity and experience subject to each program's guidelines.

Ineligible: Manufactured Homes, Modular Home Construction, Rural Properties, Cash Out Refinance on Land with no immediate future use, income, construction or pending sale. No consumer owner occupied home loans. Investment properties only.

REI values its Nationwide Broker Partner relationships and collaborations. Our Residential Loan Programs are open to all Brokers and commissions are paid at close of escrow. REI will never market to or contact your clients; your clients, you're in control. All Lender communication goes through the Broker.
